Suzhou: City of UNESCO Heritage Sites.

People said, if you live in Shanghai, you have to go to Suzhou for a short trip. So we did. We were pleased with our tour in Hangzhou, so we used the same tour service for Suzhou. We took the bullet train in the morning and reached our hostel. We found out that they removed Tiger Hill from the tour package and switched it with the City Wall that we wanted to visit on the first day. As it is initially not written in the tour website, they only told me this on WeChat wtf. We were effin annoyed that they told us this on last minute. But I kinda understand they want to avoid tons of people as we were visiting Suzhou on a national holiday for something. We were already in front of the Gupanmen when they told me that, luckily W and I haven't bought tickets yet. So we took a bus to the Tiger Hill Pagoda instead. It was a long bus ride. Then we learn that the Tiger Hill Pagoda is a must see place in Suzhou. They said, if you haven't visited the Tiger Hill Pagoda, you've never been in Suzhou :)

First thing we see.

Hangzhou: City Of Heaven and Love.

Last year February- not long after my Chinese New Year's Trip at the Jings, W and I went to Hangzhou for a day trip. It's definitely our very first visit the Zhejiang province and we were amused by how diverse and beautiful China is. W and I had to buy our tickets twice btw because the English counter speaking person couldn't differentiate between morning and evening #classicchina (¯―¯٥) But yeah, it was W's mistake using higher level of English, he admitted LOL! We showed up in the train station at night and the immigration ladies at the front of the station told us the train has left in the morning. We were like wtf?! That was such a cricket-chirp moment for the both of us. Luckily the ticket is CNY73, not like CNY553. So we bought another ticket and left the next morning. We booked a private tour via Hangzhou Private Tour (click the link and contact them via wechat if you're interested. They reply really quick via wechat! But Email will do too, I think.) and we did their One Day Essence Tour package; West Lake, Fish Viewing @ Flower Pond, Lingyin Temple, Meijiawu Tea Plantation and The Song Dynasty Imperial Street. We met up with our tour Guide, John. Driver and lunch included btw. So we were off our first destination, The West Lake.

Our real ticket to Hangzhou :))

The Jing Capitals Trip: Beijing - Nanjing.

It has been years since the last time I wrote my blog. I finally have the time for it after all these craziness going in my life. Long story short, I'm going to graduate from uni early next year, my brother got married October last year and I'm going home to Indonesia on end of July to welcome the newborn baby into the world, I became a food reviewer and managed to be a BonAPP Power User in Shanghai and living my life depending on free food and goods, I rescued a kitten last winter and she has grown into a really HUGE cat called Astrid, Willem and I are still madly in love after been in a nearly 2 years of amazingly wonderful relationship. SO, Willem and I decided to travel to a few cities last CNY but we compromised a lot and ended doing Beijing and Nanjing instead as they are the North and South Capital. At least, Nanjing is already an ex-capital city because the emperor couldn't make up his mind. We took the fastest bullet train from Shanghai to Nanjing (up to 300km/hr). The journey was about 2,5 hours more or less. Travelling with Willem is something because he NEVER let me go to sleep in the train because he doesn't wanna be left awake alone. It's a huge challenge for a pillowhead like me..

Our backpacking style. Don't mind the plastic bags, those are just trash that we'll throw away.

A Night In Shanghai: Flair Rooftop Bar at The Ritz Carlton.

Hello again from China guys! Today I'm going to share my experience of being classy once more. I went to one of the top destinations and one of the fanciest place in Shanghai, Flair Rooftop Bar. Located in the heart of Shanghai Pudong area, you can see the famous Oriental TV Tower of Shanghai. Yes, that famous Shanghai tower that looks like a stick of satay with 3 balls. That one! I have a lot of interesting stories to tell you guys! First of all, Timo came to visit me after 4 weeks I left Beijing. Novie was like "*excited teasing tone* HOTDAMN! You left him for 4 weeks now he come to visit you. WOHSEHHH!!!". But wait! Don't get too excited, as much as both Timo and I are interested with each other, we know it wont work out as we're far away (you know how fucking big Mainland China is) and he's leaving China for good on January and he found another girl in Beijing so yeah. We're cool :D And the next important things is.. I found a man. And we just officially dating, he asked me to be his girlfriend today but he has asked me out before but I said no since he asked me way too fast but we're not really rushing though. Let me introduce him to you guys, his name is Willem Dirk Smit. Born in Namibia, his birthday is just 7 months earlier than me so that's really good. He's white if you guys are wondering, Dutch blood (LOL, what's with me with Dutch men nowadays? XD). We've fallen for each other on our first date and I can tell you guys that he will be the best man I have ever had and I know that he will treat me like nobody ever treat me right. Move along, I'll tell you more about Willem later. Timo was staying in my house, Willem doesn't mind about it because I have let Timo stay with me long before I met Willem and Willem knows that Timo is a good man. Timo didn't harm me at all. He stayed for a night only as he had to go back to Beijing soon. He came to Shanghai with his mates. SO!! The story started from I picked Timo up from the train station, I brought Timo for a dinner in french restaurant nearby my house (Timo is a classy kind of guy so yas, he prefers that compared to street food .__. Sorila, I'm so cheap-ass!), Willem came to meet us in the resaurant, we all went to my house while we're getting ready, we took uber and drove off to The Ritz Carlton Hotel. Timo casually led us to the rooftop bar as he has been there before. The 3 of us looked like rich-ass people from a rich-ass European country (prolly they'll think I'm from Middle East). We chill and we talked a lot while waiting for Timo's friends to arrive as they're staying in a hostel somewhere.

Timo managed to sway his way to let us sit at the outdoor part of the bar by sweet talking the waitress. YAY! :D Hi, Tamara!

Beijing's Sweetcapade.

OMG HELLO GUYS! I'm sorry for not updating things for so long. The last time I updated this blog was just before I leave for China. I tried to blog in China during summer but CHINA BANS BLOGGER AND THE VPN THAT I BOUGHT FOR 600RMB PER YEAR IS NOT DOING ITS JOB VERY WELL!! More like my internet provider is shit and my dad has paid a full year for it. Gawd. But anyways, I went to Beijing for my first semesterial break here in China because every single one of my friends decided to go back to Indonesia or their hometowns. As I have an agreement that I can't leave China for my first three months, I decided to visit the love of my life in Beijing. Seeing Novie twice a year makes me really happy though :D

The overall journey was great. I'm leaving from Shanghai Hong Qiao International Airport to Beijing Capital International Airport aka PEK LOL! Still can't get over that PEK thing.. Otherwise, I really had a good flight. As you expected from a Mutia, I spent my 2 hours of flight by sleeping.. Reached the capital and I had to wait in Starbucks because Novie was late. The moment we see each other, that's when the drama happened. All eyes on us, we really did put up a show over there. I feel a little embarrassed but that's okay. For the next 6 days, I stayed in her dorm room, luckily her room is only for herself. We went to KTV with other Indonesians around 9 pm that day. We hit the Zoo Coffee nearby her uni to kill the time. I thought it's a cafe from the zoo as Beijing Zoo is not far from her university but newp, it's a Korean franchise lel. Oh, I forgot to mention that Novie was pretty close with this businessman. They have been to a few dinners before nearby the campus but that night when I reached Beijing, he brought us to a proper restaurant LOL! Then, the moment of judgement.. I have to go to the toilet. I gotta say that China do not have the cleanest toilet in the world. It was such a struggle just to pee. It is a dirty smelly squat toilet. Lucky it is in a cubicle. The floor was so slippery and dirty that I nearly slipped. So I had to pee in a spiderman style, wtf I feel so humiliated..

Sorry if my chubby face is a little disturbing for you guys. I grow fatter in China.

Mutia's Purrfect Day.

MEONG! That's how Indonesian cats sound like hahahaha. But before anything else, I had a question stuck in my mind earlier. "I'm an Indonesian blogger but why the heck am I blogging in English (more like Singlish, some Chinese might be added in the future if I am influenced by mandarin language)?". Then I remember why, because I want to share everything I've got with you guys, not only the ones from Indonesia but also other foreign countries because not everybody could speak Bahasa Indonesia, especially the slank one *tear shed*. Enough of the fragile moment, now let's get back to business! As you all know that I am a crazy cat lady. I have a post about cats that I have kept in my house before (Yuki is still in the house and currently pregnant as usual, Poko went missing. I was friggin sad for a few months but we have a female cat named Peanut now, Yuki's latest daughter who's afraid of human beings). I am a person who has shared the same roof with a cat or even cats since I was 3 years old. Living abroad for years with no pets in the house feels super lonely and I kept on missing Yuki and cried sometimes. I know I tend to bully Yuki with her pregnancy routines but well, she's my Yuki and she'll always be my baby no matter how old she is. She's 10 years old this year which is about 56 years old if she's a human. 56 and still pregnant LOL! Now let's get her an MTV for cats. To be honest, it's hard for me to find stray cats roaming around the streets of Singapore so I decided to visit Cat Cafes in Singapore and of course I dragged Teemu along with me. He must not miss it. There are a few cat cafes in the country but I can only managed to visit 2 cafes so far. Hoping to visit more and more the next time I come back to Singapore. Each cafes gave me their own impressions and those lucky cafes are...

1. THE CAT CAFE SINGAPORE (click the title to go to their homepage)

The cat cafe Singapore is the first cat cafe I have visited ever in my life and it is located in one of the most popular location in Singapore. Located in Bugis area and is next to the Bugis Street. The way up to this cat cafe is a bit hidden but if you pay attention, you'll get there easily. The problems to go to The Cat Cafe is firstly, the entrance is hidden and you gotta look closely for a map (the safest way is to check it on their website), second one is.. The only way that I know to go up there is by going up the stairs. Teemu has injuries near his butts and legs at that time so the stairs are torturing him and it was quite a lot of stairs to climb which killed him halfway the journey lol. But other than that, everything's fine. I went to Cat Cafe with Teemu on Friday afternoon around October-November last year after having him checked at Mt. Elizabeth Hospital. It was a rainy afternoon so it's pretty much freezing out there for us South East Asian. Now, The Cat Cafe has 15 cats in total. The room is also really spacious for cats to walk around and I spotted so many cat trees and floating trails. If I was a cat, I would be delighted to stay in The Cat Cafe heheheheh. We were required to take off our shoes and used hand sanitizer before we go into the cat's zone or else the cats would be prone to diseases spreads by humans hands (at least this is what I thought). Sterelized pussies LOL! What can I say about the place eh? It's super nice, very comfortable and spacious. Furthermore, the cats are super friendly. Not to mention that they are sooo fluffeehhh and adorable and cute and fat and meow!!!!!! My favorite cat is Tuxedo, he's very friendly and playful. It even wants to play with me although most of the cats prefer to sleep during that time. Also, there are some curious cats climbed onto our table tryna sip some soft drinks but we managed to shoo them away because we are not allowed to carry them, unfortunately. The sad truth is that, Teemu is pretty allergic to cats so we can't stay long enough inside the room heheheheh but that's alright. It was a really pleasant trip. OH! I sent a picture of me in The Cat Cafe petting a cat to my bro. You know what he said? He said "Fak yu bitch, din bring me." (yea, we talked in broken english sometimes and yes we call each other bitch or asshole or any other swear words you can think off hahahaha. Bro-sis thing you know) LOL! So.. Curious enough? Scroll down to see more of the permanent residents of The Cat Cafe Singapore's cuteness!

First Sky Dining Experience With Singapore Flyer.

Buongiorno everyone! Ciao ciao pizza mamamia (?) As I have mentioned in my previous post, today I'm going to blog about my very first ever sky dining experience and it was with Singapore Flyer. Whoah I'm so damn atas now eh? LOL! Before anything else I would like to say that I really really do recommend you to go for sky dining with Singapore Flyer. Not only the exclussive service given but also you can see the views of the prominent location in Singapore while dining.. The Marina Bay Sands hotel, Gardens By The Bay, Raffles Place, Downtown and so on. Also, the foods offered are sooooooo good I cannot even!!! We went to the Flyer on the 13th November 2014, Thursday night after my pattern drafting 3 class. So after class, we were getting ready and shits by dressing up real good with dress code black. Me and Teemu had a small quarrel about getting ready since the limo taxi has called and stuffs (waisehhh limo taxi. I didn't expect for a limo taxi to come and pick us up you know. Feeling like a nyonya madame). Hahahah! It's very normal for a couple to quarrel sometimes. Once we reached the Flyer Lounge, the person asked for the ticket and we went up to the main part of the lounge and it looks like a really classy airport lounge. Regarding the ticket, Teemu bought it online and I'll tell you about how much does it cost at the end of the post (of course I have to pay for my own foods because it's expensive, I don't wanna be a burden for him. Also, we just met in real life. Thanks, Tinder). Few weeks before this occasion, I have made a promise to Teemu that I will drink my first cocktail ever with him and we chose Singapore Sling. So, when the waiter was asking what would we like to drink, we said Singapore Sling.  We thought it will be served in the lounge but NOHHH!!! It's served in the capsule. Not to mention those people who were waiting for the normal capsule (they didn't go for sky dining) were looking at us all as if like we were all royalty from a far far away country. I felt  like a Hollywood star in red carpet lel. The quality of the pictures inside the capsule are suckish because it's super dark that me and Teemu ended up being so lazy to take so many pictures inside the capsule. Didn't expect to be that dark in there haha. But anyway, we both look over-dressed compared to others but that's alright. Because we're classy bitches (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

Ehm.. Romantic much? We're actually tryna make you all people jealous heheheh. Planned to put it on instagram that night
but nayyhhh.

Gardens By The Bay, Singapore.

Heeyyyooo!! Mutia is bach back! Sorry for the late update as I was outside of town for the past few days, I just got back yesterday night and went to Mandarin class straight from the airport ooh lala. Anyway, before we proceed to the post, I was waking up drunk in jealousy (but you'll come back each time you leave. Cause, darling, I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream. Lel damn Taylor Swift sia) of my dad going to the friggin' New York!! NEW YORK BITCH I'M TALKING ABOUT THE MADISON SQUARE AND THE CENTRAL PARK OMG *mouth full of bubbles, body twitch* I woke up seeing a photo of my dad's ticket saying JFK New York and everything I was like fml (°ㅂ° ╬). Bunuh dedek, bang! Dedek sudah lelah. HAHAHAHA! (pls use google translate to Indonesian for translation). Oh well, let's forget about New York or I will be dancing in my own tears lol wtf did I just typed? So, this is pretty random but I FLOWERS!!! I love everything about flowers, I have mentioned on my page that I am a flower girl. Gardens By The Bay is one of the places I could feel really really safe, happy and relax. I've been to Gardens By The Bay at night before but it was raining so me and Teemu had to go back home and this time I'd like to tell you about our second nicenice trip to Gardens By The Bay! So we left from apartments around late afternoon so it wont be too hot outside. We took a tram in the Garden because I managed to spot one and it costs us like SGD2 per person IF I am not mistaken.  If we havta walk, aiyahhh die. Brmmm brmmmm. Oh, this post will have no filter effects except 1 picture (steal from my previous facebook profile picture lel) unlike the previous post because I am a lazy bastard (ノ゚▽゚)ノ♥♥♥♥

In tram! Toot toot brmm brmmm

China Trip With The Sukartis.

Now, let's update on what's kinda new. I'm no longer in a relationship with Thaqif, I'm dating a Fin now called Teemu. Thaqif broke up with me because of a weird jealousy going on between my gay schoolmate and I and I didn't have time for him as I was busy with new school life and some Indonesian club shits. Thaqif always left me to play online games anyway so yeah, we broke up. Months after that I met Teemu. Anyways.. A few weeks back I was travelling to China to check out my new campus and my new house. I went there with my dad, bro and mom. We were supposed to stay in Shanghai but since bro never been to China, my dad brought us to Beijing first. So we fly over from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta to Pudong International Airport Shanghai then to Beijing Capital International Airport. Flight from Jakarta to Shanghai took us 5-6 hours, we were leaving in midnight. PIC!

#ootn with mom. Mom asked me to style her with what she brought and I did her
make up though she doesn't want it to be exactly like my make up. Mine's too bold
for her, she said.

Shorty Turns 18.

Haliew all the way from Singapore!! Well.. This shorty just turned 18! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO.. MEHHHH!!!! A lot of people wished me via instagram, line, facebook, twitter, whatsapp, bbm, texts and many more. Thank you so much for those who wished me a happy birthday. I love you all. Well, birthday is the only day when I feel loved by everyone anyway (sad life). And about the legal thing, I'm already legal since last year (17 is counted a legal age in Indonesia) but tons of people said "You're finally legal!" so I'm like "Yay, I'm legal (again..)". Had CAD class from 9 am to 1 pm and jaaaaa, I forgot to tell you guys that I am a term 2 student now :D Aaaand, I celebrated my birthday overseas once again though my family couldn't make it to come over to Singapore, my boyfriend brought me out to celebrate it. Awwww I am thrilled :')

Oh jaaaa. How fine we turned out

Hashtag: Life In Singapore

*brushing off the spider web on my blog page. Sweep sweep* Hello, I know I haven't uploaded anything about my journey in Singapore. Well, it's almost end of term already and the last time I blogged was before I went to college.. Now I'm working on my final projects, exams in 2 weeks. I gotta say, fashion design isn't easy. If you dare to say fashion design is easy, imma go to where you are and bitch slap you on the face with a chair. I even literally cried my ass of for several times, I know it's so extreme. Oh, I've been to lots of places already in Singapore. I got to go out with Morgane and all. Idk where to start hahahaha. You can check my instagram for my progress in Singapore as I don't usually have the right time to blog about stuffs. #lifeasafashiondesigner

Decided to have tea with Olivia and Bita (they're from Indonesia as well) today as we're so stressed and all. We need to relax as it is good for a change of pace. Went to ION Orchard since we wanna try out this Marmalde Pantry that Agape (my other college mate) recommends but there was a long queue going on so we went to Bayfront to have tea instead LOL! So far? Not that far, I've literally walked from Little India to Bayfront last week with Morgane. Now, the good part aka the pictures!

EXCESSIVE PICTURES ALERT!

Singapore, The Next Destination.

Hello, people! How have you been? I know I haven't post for a very looooooooooong time! This is my first post in 2014! Happy belated new year lol wtf so far from new year already. Anyway, I've gotten my IGCSE result and it's very surprising. I got 1 A*, 2As, 2Bs and 3Cs!! I did not expect my econs and business to get both A's as I failed my econs and business for 2 consecutive years lol wtf cb so pro sia. Oh, remember when I wrote on my blog that I'm going to Lasalle? Forget that. I'm going to Raffles Design Institute and will be enrolling in few weeks! Just wish me luck with my IPA letter. Btw, It will only took me 3 years to get my Bachelor of Arts title! No portfolio required (cb I did my Lasalle portfolio and designed it like hell for months wtf). Since I've accepted in RDI, I've contacted 2 people who owns a homestay. I went to Singapore on the 28th of February via Batam to check out the place. Invited bro's gf to come as well. We flew from Pontianak to Batam then took ferry to Singapore Harborfront :D

Plane selfie otw to Batam from Pontianak with

Fullhouse Farewell

Time flew so fast, boyfie is going back to Singapore tomorrow morning. It feels like he just came yesterday. Tomorrow is our 13th monthsarry so I decided bring him to a super cute restaurant called Fullhouse. The one that I went to is in CityOne mall and the other one is in The Hills mall. I decided to go to the one in CityOne because I've never been to CityOne mall before. CHECK IT OUT! (Pardon me if pictures aren't nice, it feels awkward when a group of college students were staring at me on the other side -_-)

The decoration on our table. Mostly white,
my fav color. Teehee super love the deco ^^

Surprise, Bitches!

*Boop!* Just finished trials and IGCSE in about 2-3 weeks time. Anyway, went out with Nasy today since she was craving for pizzas and as a future sister in law (lol) who is craving for pizzas too, I decided to bring her out to eat pizza. Then I was told last minute that Kak syafiqah is in Kuching. They picked me up by cab and we drove off to Spring. Kakak wanted to go to toilet so me and Nasy dashed to Pizza Hut to go get some seats. And then I saw this ah pek looking mudafuka who is no other than.. MY BOYFRIEND!!♥♥♥ HAHAHA :D Didn't expect him to be in Kuching and he has been in Kuching since Thursday but he didn't let me know that he's even here. HE PRETENDED THAT HE'S STILL IN SINGAPORE AND WORKING AT THIS VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT YESTERDAY! WFTWTFWTF. I was so shocked and happy till I cried then Thaqif had to go towards me and hugs me in public. Pizza Hut staffs were watching some more aiyaa free show sia -___-

This is it, the final year. A little part of me just broken when I type this post. Today is the last day of school and Trial is in 4 days and IG soon. I can't believe that my high school journey ends here apart from the days I'll spend wih my friends during exams. I remember when I first write on this blog, when I enter Lodge School and now I'm leaving school. As an annual event for the senior in high school, we will sign on each others' uniforms. Here are class pictures that were going on for today. Art & maths before recess ^^

Ramadhan Post

*poof!* Heyoww, it has been a while eh? Do you miss me? Nvm, I'll answer it myself yes you miss me lol. Over confident. Anyway, I am back to Indonesia for Eid & fasting month holiday whee! Only for about 2-3 weeks but that's alright as long as I have holiday. So as usual, I went out with my middle school best friends who're like my own siblings. It has been 5 years since we knew each others except for Dieqy because we've been friends since primary though not as close as now but that doesn't matter anymore now. I have all of them right by my side. Went out to mall for iftaar (fast breaking). Played at the arcade and shopped before we went to our destination place to eat and we picked A&W since other places are full. It was so crowded but luckily we got special seat that only applies to minimum at least 5 people. HAH! HOW YOU FEEL BITCHES?! We got da vip seat lol C:

The International Awards Gold Expedition Camp!

Haro ~ It has been a long time since I didn't post anything up into this blog. Do you miss me? I am 17 now, sorry I didn't post anything about my 17th birthday party but I had a great fun with mommy since she came to Malaysia for my birthday. We watched Pacific Rim and had a dinner. Anyway, I just came back from IA camp yesterday. It has been more than a year since the last IA camp. Since I have been through my silver level last year. I am in gold level now. The highest rank of all MUAHAHAH! This camp took place at the same exact location, at Camp Permai in Damai. But this time, 4 days 3 nights. AWESOME! Yet I am wishing that Thaqif was in the camp because this is how me and Thaqif ended up together as a couple. Oh well, bear with me :D

(◕‿◕)  DAY 1

Gathered at school and only so little people came to school that day because me and Jia were derping around school before we head off to Damai. I sat with Ceb in the bus and we keep laughing all the way to Damai from school. Checked in, our cabin is nearer than last time. Ours in cabin 6. But it's uphill wtf. Ceb is in charge of our cabin key whee! My cabin mates are the same with last year, Me, Ceb, Jia and Lai Riy. No Bianca this time. And since yr 10 girls are quite a lot so they transferred a girl to our cabin from India. Her name is Harini. I shared my room with Jia and Ceb, so Harini and Lai Riy are together in one room. I joined my bed with Ceb while Jia prefer to sleep alone so she didn't join her bed with ours :3

Just arrived and it was.. Afternoon tea or just
snack time. Mmm spring rolls :D
